Vendor Ratings
Vendor ratings are reviews about vendors (and transaction with vendors) from verified vendor customers.
Vendor ratings are transaction based. The rating is always about a specific order, a specific product that was ordered and the vendor the product was ordered from.
A customer needs to order something from a vendor and complete this transaction, before he can post a rating about this transaction with the vendor.
The enable/disable vendor ratings form:
At the enable/disable vendor ratings form you can enable or disable the availability of vendor ratings for customers.
The vendor ratings list:
You can manage the vendor ratings at the vendor ratings list. The list shows detailed information about the posted vendor ratings, like company (company name of the vendor),the rating of the transaction, the order id and product id of the rated transaction, and the name of the customer who rated the vendor.
At the top of the list you can enter the company name or part of the name to search for ratings for a certain vendor.
Enter a part of the vendor’s company name in the company field and click on the “search” button to search for this vendor.
Ratings are sorted by date.
Several functions are available through links in the list.
- Click on the order id number to open the order details page
- Click on the product id to open the product details page
- Click on the customer name to open the customer's user details page
More functions are available through the icons on the the right side of the list.
Click on the “delete” icon, if you want to delete a rating completely.
If you click on the “edit” icon, the rating details page of the selected rating will open.
