Vendor Rating Details
At the vendor rating details page you can view and edit the details of a vendor rating.
Please keep in mind: Ratings are transaction based. The rating is always about a specific order, a specific product that was ordered and of course the vendor the product was ordered from.
The vendor ratings details form
The vendor rating details form allows you to edit the text comment of the rating (review content). You might need to change the text, especially if the text contains unwanted references to other sites or shops or strong language.
If you want to lookup specific information about the order, product or the customer of the transaction click on the “order id”, “product id” or “from” link.
The following fields are available:

| Company | The vendor’s company name |
| Order ID | The order id of the rated transaction |
| Product ID | The product id of the product in the rated transaction |
| From | The name of the customer who rated the transaction with the vendor |
| Overall Rating | The overall rating of the transaction (1 to 5 stars) |
| Packing Rating | The rating of the packaging (1 to 5 stars) |
| Listing Rating | The rating of the product listing at the storefront (1-5 stars) |
| Processing Rating | The rating of the order processing (1-5 stars) |
| Communication Rating | The rating of the communication with the vendor during the transaction (1-5 stars) |
| Review Content | The customer’s text comment |
Click on the “Save Changes” button to save any changes to the rating.
Click on the “Back” button to open the vendor rating management page.
