Reviews for vendors are split into two similar but different types of reviews for vendors:Vendor reviews and vendor ratings.
Vendor reviews are available for all visitors of the shop. Completed transactions are not needed to review a vendor. These reviews are not verified and any visitor of the mall can post a review about a vendor.
Vendor ratings are only available for customers of a vendor. The rating is always about a specific order, a specific product that was ordered and the vendor the product was ordered from.
Customer’s need to order something from that vendor and complete a transaction before they can post a rating for a specific vendor.
Vendor ratings are therefore basically vendor reviews of „verified“ buyers from the specific vendors for a specific transaction.
