The user properties tab shows general information about the user, including contact,account and billing information, wholesaler and usergroup membership details, point information and account status information.
The contact information section:

At the contact information section you can view and change the user’s contact information.
The account information section:

At the account information section you can view and change various settings. The username itself is not changeable. You can change, if the user receives email newsletters and product updates and the preferred email format to use for communication with the user.
The usergroup and wholesaler information:

At the usergroup and wholesaler information section you can view and change the user’s discount and access groups or their wholesaler information, if available. If the group has an expiration date, the date is shown as well. If a discount group is selected for that user,you also get information about the current type of the discount usergroup (discount or supplier price markup) and the percentage or amount of the discount.
Please note: If you change the discount usergroup and the discount usergroup you select expires after a certain time, a new expiration date for the customer group of the current user with the current time and date as start date will be calculated.
The account status section:

The account status section shows various access settings. You can deactivate an account,lock the account for 24 hours and manually verify an account (or remove a verification).You can also add the user’s IP address to the IP filter of the shop, if you want to permanently ban this user’s IP.
The billing information section:

The billing information section allows you to view or change the user’s billing information.This information is used when checking out at the storefront and as shipping information, if no special shipping address is provided.
The point information section:

At the point information section you can view and change the user’s current reward points the user accumulated from the shop’s reward point system. This section is only available, if the reward points system was activated.
You can either add or remove points from the current balance. If you want to remove points from the user’s reward points balance use a negative number at the “Add/Remove Points” field.
The referral vendor section:

The referral vendor section shows the vendor referral (if available) the customer selected at signup.
The images section:

The images section shows the current customer image logo and allows you to upload a new logo change an existing logo or delete a user profile logo.
Click on the “Save Form” button to save any changes made to the profile.
Click the “Reset Form” button to reset the form field contents to the previous state.
Click on the “Browse Users” button to browse all users.
