Connect Status

The connect status tab includes an overview about the user’s current IXXO Connect status including information about the user’s current connect subscription group and a list of the user’s subscribed product feeds.

The connected section:

The connected section shows, if the user signed up for Connect and the user’s Connect ID, if the user signed up for a connected shop.

The connect subscription details section:

The connect subscription details section shows detailed information about the user’s current connect subscription. The information shown includes the subscription group and ID, the order ID of the order the current connect subscription and the date range the subscription is valid for.

The following fields are shown:

Field Descriptions
Subscription Group The name of the user’s current connect subscription group and the connect group’s group ID
Order ID The order ID of the order where the connect subscription was ordered
From Date The start of the subscription period
To Date The end of the subscription period

Click on the order ID number to open the order details page for the order the subscription was ordered in.

The subscribed product feeds section:

Detailed information about the user’s currently subscribed or pending product feeds are shown in this section. Information shown includes the vendor name, logo and ID, a brief description of the vendor, the vendor categories this vendor is assigned to as well as information about the connect feed like the feed URL and the access type as well.

The access type depends on, if an additional authentication is necessary to access the vendor product feed and is either “Open” or “Authentication”. The connect feed URL shows the URL call through which the product feed can be accessed.

Please note: The URL parameters can differ depending on the selected vendor and access settings.
Access passwords are not shown for the URL and are sent to users separately through an email when the access for the user is configured for the first time.
