Updates Emails Details Step 2

At step 2 of the product updates email creation process you can preview your product updates email and send it to to your own email address to test it and preview it in your email application.

Step 2 features a preview of both, the HTML and the text version of your product updates email.

The send test email form:

Use the send test email form to send the product updates email to your own email account to preview the product updates email in your own email application.

Clicking on the “Send Test Email” button will only send the product updates email to the email address defined at “Test Email Address”. You will receive a copy of the HTML and text version of your product updates email.

Sending a test email won’t send a product updates email to all your product updates email subscribers. Only your test email address will receive this product updates email .

After you previewed your email you can either, cancel the product updates email creation process, go back and edit the email again or send the newsletter.

They will receive either the HTML or the text version of your email, depending on their email subscription settings, not both email versions. Depending on the number of email subscribers and the size of your product updates email the sending process might take some time to finish.
