Subscription Groups & Fees
You can setup default commission fees for vendors as well as vendor subscription groups with a different fee handling and different commissions.
The subscription groups & fees form:
Use the subscription groups & fees form to setup default vendor commissions and general settings on how to handle vendor groups & fees.
The following fields are available:

| Activate Vendor Subscription Packages | If enabled, vendor fees and commissions from vendor subscription groups are used. if disabled, the default commissions are used. |
| Default Vendor commission per item (AMOUNT) | Default Vendor commission per item (in the shop’s default currency), if subscription groups are not used. Applied to the vendor’s settings when signing up (the fee can be edited for each vendor separately later, if needed). |
| Default Vendor commission per item (PERCENT) | Default Vendor commission percentage per item, if subscription groups are not used. Applied to the vendor’s settings when signing up (the fee can be edited for each vendor separately later, if needed). |
| Allow Vendor Group Upgrades | Allow the vendor to purchase and change the vendor subscription group package anytime. |
After making the desired changes, press the “Save changes” button to save the settings.

The groups in this list are only valid, if the “Activate Vendor Subscription Packages” option was enabled, otherwise the default settings are used for fees and commissions.
Use the “Add a new Vendor Group Package” to create a new vendor subscription group.
You can update the sorting for the vendor groups by changing the priority select boxes in the list and pressing the “Update Group Sorting” button.
The “Update All Vendor Fees” button is used to update all current fees for vendors that are in those groups.
Additional functions are available through the action icons on the right side of each list entry.
You can edit and delete a single group by using the icons on the right side. Additionally,you can update the vendor fees for all vendors in the selected group.
Please note: After a vendor gets assigned to a group, the fees from this group apply for the selected period. You can still change the fees and commissions for any vendor without changing the group fee by changing the specific vendor’s fees.
The language flags at the right side indicate, if a vendor group is available for the specific language at the storefront. If a language is not present yet for a product, the border is red,otherwise the border is green. Only languages that are active for the storefront will appear as icons.
Clicking on a language, will open the language specific edit page for that vendor group.
You can also click on an entry in the list to open the edit group page.
