Reward Point Ranges
Reward point ranges are used to define amount ranges to award customers with points for bought products. Points will be rewarded when certain subtotal sum thresholds are met during checkout.
Please note: Amount range points will be rewarded additionally to any product specific points. You can set product specific reward points at the product details page.
The points range form:
Use the points range form to change your reward point ranges. This form allows you to bulk update all your current reward point amount ranges.
The following fields are available:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| # | The internal ID for this reward points range |
| Min Amount | Minimum subtotal amount needed to reward set points |
| Max Amount | Maximum subtotal amount allowed to reward set points |
| Point | Awarded reward points when an order subtotal during checkout is matching the minimum and maximum amount |
| Action | Additonal actions for each reward points range |
Click on the “Save Changes” button to save any changes to the reward point range list.
Additional actions are available through the action icons on the right side of each item in the list. Click on the “delete” icon to remove a points range completely.
The add a new range form:
The add a new range form allows you to add a reward points range entry to your range list.
The following fields are available:

Click on the “Add new Range” button to add the new reward points range to your list.
