Reward Point Management
The reward points management page allows you to quickly search for customer current reward points, as well as to get an overview of the current reward point balances of your customers.
The reward points search form:
Use the reward points search form to search for certain users in your reward points list. You can search for a customer’s last name, the user name or the email address.
The points details list:
The points details list shows all current customers that have a positive reward points balance.
The information shown includes the user ID, the customer’s full name, the first (start date) date when a customer received reward points and the next expiration date of a point transaction as well as the total current valid points of the customer.
Click on the edit icon on the right side of each line, to open the points details page for the selected customer.
