Reward Point Details

The reward point details page gives you detailed information about a customer’s reward point transactions.

The user information section:

At the user information section, general information about the user and the user’s reward points balance is shown. The total points balance shows the current valid unused reward points for the selected user.

Click on the user ID or the user name to open the user details page to see the user’s detailed information.

The points details section:

The points details section shows detailed information about each reward point transaction for the selected user. The information shown includes the internal reward points transaction ID, the transaction type, the order ID (if the points were rewarded or used in an order) the start and expiration date of the points and the points used or awarded in the transaction.

The following fields are shown in the table:

Field Description
ID The internal reward points transaction ID
Type The type of the reward points transaction.

A transaction can have one of the following types:
  • Order Reward
  • Order Payment
  • Signup Reward
  • Other Points
  • Order Cancelation
    • Order ID The associated order ID of the transaction. The order ID is only shown, if reward points were rewarded for an order or used in an order.

    Please note: Reward point transactions for canceled orders also show the order ID.
    Start The date and time of the transaction
    Expire The expiration date for rewarded points
    Points The points rewarded or used in the transaction
    Action Additional actions available for reward point transactions

    Additional actions available for reward point transactions. Click on the delete icon on the right side of a transaction to delete the selected transaction.

    Please note: A reward points transaction can only be removed, lif no points from the selected reward points transaction were used yet.

    Reward point transaction have a different type, depending on the reason why they were awarded or were they were used or deducted.

    Reward point transaction types:

    Field Description
    Order Reward Points were rewarded for an order
    Order Payment An order was partially or completely paid with reward points
    Signup Reward Points were rewarded for an account signup
    Other Points Points were manually added or deducted by a shop administrator
    Order Cancelation Points were either deducted or rewarded after an order were points were used or rewarded was canceled

    The point information section:

    Use the point information section, if you want to add or reward points to the currently selected customer. The reward points balance field shows the current valid reward points balance. Use a negative point amount at the **“Add/Remove Points” field to remove points from the customer’s balance.

    1. Click on the “Save Changes” button to add or deduct points for the currently selected customer.

    2. Click on the “Reward Points List” button to return to the reward points management page.
