Order Reports
Several order reports are available that allow you to determine overall sales performance, sorted by various criteria.
The order reports list:
a) Consolidated Orders By Date
This report shows an overview of completed orders, sorted by date. The data shown includes subtotal, tax, shipping, discount, and total amounts for each day as well as how many orders were placed. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
b) Individual Orders By Date
This report shows an overview of completed orders, sorted by date and customer. The data shown includes subtotal, tax, shipping, discount, and total amounts for each customer and each day. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
c) Pending Orders
This report shows all pending orders that need to be processed. The data shown includes subtotal, tax, shipping, discount, and total amounts for each pending order as well as customer, vendor and order details. Ordered products are also listed. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status PROCESS will be shown for the set period.
d) Payment Types
Shows purchase statistics sorted by payment type. The data shown includes subtotal, tax,shipping, discount, and total amounts.
Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
e) Sales by Countries
This report shows overall statistics for orders grouped by country. The data shown includes subtotal, tax, shipping, discount, and total amounts. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
f) Promo Codes Usage
This report shows overall statistics for orders grouped by promotion campaign. The data shown includes subtotal, tax, shipping, discount, and total amounts. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
g) Revenue Report
This report shows the number of orders grouped by order sum ranges. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
h) Individual Order Sums and Fees by Order and Vendor
This report shows overall statistics for orders sorted by order ID and split by vendor. The data shown includes total, tax, shipping, payment methods, vendor fees and the net sum for each vendor and each order. Separate sub-statistics for the used payment methods are also shown for total orders, order sums, order fees and order net sums. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
i) Individual Order Sums and Fees by Order
This report shows overall statistics for orders sorted by order ID. The data shown includes total, tax, shipping, order creation date, payment methods, vendor fees and the net sum for each order. Only orders with the payment status RECEIVED and the order status COMPLETED will be shown for the set period.
