Product Info Request Management
The product info request page allows you to manage and review any product information requests customers have sent.
The select vendor section:
The select vendor section allows you to filter the product info requests and only show the requests for the selected vendor.
The product info requests section:
The product info requests section shows a list of all submitted product information requests.
The following fields are used in the list:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | The request ID |
| Product | The product name and the non numerical product_id |
| Name | The full name and the email of the customer who requested more information about a product |
| Vendor ID | The vendor’s company name and the vendor’s ID |
| Date/Status | The date the information request was submitted and the status of the request |
| Action | Several actions available for each request in the list |
Several icons on the right side of the list allow you to perform special actions for each request.
Click on the edit icon to view and answer a product information request.
Click on the delete icon to delete a information request
Click on the “Delete” button to bulk delete several selected product information requests at once.
