If the product information request functionality is enabled, customers can request more information about certain products through the storefront.
The mall administrators and vendors can view the requests and answer them via the management console in the admin area or directly through email.
Please note: Product information requests are only available, if the functionality is not completely disabled and a specific product has the more information flag set.
