Price Offers/Suggestions
Price offers is a unique feature that lets customer’s submit a price offer for a product.
If this feature is enabled, a “Suggest a Price” button will appear at the storefront alongside the usual buy buttons where the customer can submit a suggested price he would pay for the product.
The price offers list:
The price offers list shows all currently submitted price offers. It shows detailed information about the product and the customer .You also get contact details of the customer and the current status of the price offer.
The normal retail price is also displayed alongside the suggested price, so you can decide, if you want to accept the price offer or not.
The following fields are displayed:

| Name | The customer’s name and contact details like phone number and email |
| Product | The product ID and name of the product a price offer was submitted for, along with the retail price |
| Suggested Price | The price suggested from the customer |
| Status | The date the price offer was submitted and the current status of the price offer. The following statuses are used: Once a product is used in an order, you can click on the status to open the order details page where that price offer was used. A link to an order may also be available, if the order was canceled for some reason after using the price offer code) |
If you want to accept a price offer, you can either click the accept icon on the right side of each item in the list or select several price offers in the list and click the “Accept Price Offers” button at the bottom of the page to bulk accept several price offers.
Once a price offer is accepted, the customer will receive an email with a unique link, that will alow the customer to buy the specific product at a discounted price. The link is only valid for a single product and invalidates itself, once used for a purchase.
If you want to decline an offer, click on the decline icon on the right side of each item in the list. The customer will receive a notification, that the suggested price offer was declined.
If you want to delete an offer, without sending a notification to the customer, click on the delete icon on the right side of the list.
