Several email notification types are available for the shop, account emails (signup, password reset notifications, etc.), orders (new order, payment request, order info, RMA, etc.), products (email a friend about a product, request more info, product approval, etc.), contact emails and point reward emails.
Click on a notification type item or on the edit icon at the right side of each item in the list to open the edit notifications page with that notification type.
The account emails section:

The following email notification types are available at the account emails section:

| New user registered – for Administrators | Send to the site administrator when a new user signs up. Please note: Administrators need the appropriate notification flag set in their account settings |
| New user registered – for Users | Customers receive this email, when signing up for an account |
| New vendor registered – for Administrators | Send to the site administrator when a new vendor signs up. Please note: Administrators need the appropriate notification flag set in their account settings |
| New vendor registered – for Vendor | Customers(vendors) receive this email, when signing up for a vendor account |
| Password reset | Send to a user when a password reset is initiated |
The order emails section:

The following email notification types are available at the order emails section:

| New order – for Administrators | A copy of the order is send to the site admin when a user purchases items from the shop. Please note: Administrators need the appropriate notification flag set in their account settings. |
| New order – for Users | Customers receive a copy of their order in an email, after a purchase. |
| Order Ready for Pickup – for Buyers | Customers receive a notification when a part or the complete order is ready for pickup. |
| Manual Order Received – for Users | Customers receive a copy of a manual order that includes a link to accept or decline the order |
| Order Note Email – for Users | Customers receive a copy of the note added to an order. Please note: A notification is only send, when the administrator sets the flag to send an email with the note to the customer. |
| Send payment request | Customers receive a payment request for subscribable products |
| Deposit Received – for Users | Customers receive a deposit received notification, when a deposit is paid for an order |
| Payment Due – for Users | Customers receive a notification when a payment is due for subscribable products |
| RMA Updated – for Buyers | Customers receive a update notification, if a RMA of a product is updated |
| RMA Updated – for Sellers | Administrators receive a update notification when a RMA of a product is updated |
| Auction Updated – for Users | Customers receive a notification for auctions, if a higher bid is placed than the currently highest bid |
| Auction Ended – for Users | Customers receive a notification after an auction has ended to inform them, if they won or lost the auction |

The following email notification types are available at the product emails section:

| Email to a Friend | Product information email received by the recipient of the Email to a Friend function at the storefront. |
| More Info Request – for Users | Customers receive a copy of their more information request for a product |
| Price Alert – for Users | Customers receive this notification, when a product price is at or below the customer’s desired price. |
| Price Offer Accepted – for Users | Customers receive this notification, when a price offer for a product is accepted by an administrator. |
| Price Offer Declined – for Users | Customers receive this notification, when a price offer for a product is declined by an administrator. |
| Product Approval Notification – for Vendors | Vendors receive this notification, when a product is approved for the shop. Please note: Product approval must be turned on for this notification type |
| Product Approval Notification – for Admins | Administrators receive this notification, when a product is approved for the shop. Please note: Product approval must be turned on for this notification type |

The following email notification types are available at contact emails section:

| Contact Us Email – for Administrators | Administrators and Vendors receive this notification, when a customer sends a notification through the contact form at the storefront. Please note: Vendors and Administrators only receive the data entered at their respective contact forms (since vendors have separate contact forms than administrators) |
| Contact Us Email – for Users | Customer’s receive a copy of the data they entered at the contact us form |
The points emails section:

The following email notification types are available at points emails section:

| Points eMail – Points Updated | Customers receive this email when the reward points for their account are updated manually. The update email includes information about the reward points change, the current point balance and additional information about the next expired points |
| Points eMail – Monthly report | Customers receive this email as a periodical reward points summary report. The summary includes information about the current point balance and additional information about the next expired points |
