Newsletter Email Step 2
At step 2 of the newsletter creation process you can preview your newsletter and send it to to your own email address to test it and preview it in your email application.

Step 2 features a preview of both, the HTML and the text version of your newsletter email.
The send test email form:
Use the send test email form to send the newsletter email to your own email account to preview the newsletter in your own email application.
Clicking on the “Send Test Email” button will only send the newsletter email to the email address defined at “Test Email Address”. You will receive a copy of the HTML and text version of your newsletter.
Sending a test email won’t send a newsletter email to all your newsletter subscribers. Only your test email address will receive this newsletter.
After you previewed your email you can either, cancel the newsletter creation process, go back and edit the email again or send the newsletter.
Click on the “Send Email” button to send the newsletter email to your newsletter subscribers and finalize your newsletter.
The email will only be send to your newsletter subscribers. They will receive either the HTML or the text version of your email, depending on their email subscription settings, not both email versions. Depending on the number of email subscribers and the size of your newsletter email the sending process might take some time to finish.
If you want to send the newsletter at a later date click on the “Cancel” button, and the newsletter emails page will open.
Click on the “Edit email” button to edit your newsletter again.
