Manage Vendors
At the browse vendor page you can manage your vendors. You can search for specific vendors in your database and view their status and general information about them, like their real name, company name, the number of products they currently have in their shop,if they are active, their last access date, etc. You can also create new vendors, change their sorting priority or permanently delete accounts.

All the vendors in the database that match the search criteria are presented in a list, that allows you to sort the table by clicking on the header title.
The vendor list:
To update the sorting priority for vendors, change the number in the appropriate sorting priority field and press the “Update Vendors” button at the bottom of the page.
To create a new vendor, either click on the “Create New Vendor Account” link or the button.
The vendor icon on the left side, is color coded. Various colors indicate the current state of the vendor account.
The vendor status color codes:
| Color | Description |
|---|---|
| Green | The vendor is active |
| Orange | The vendor wasn’t verified yet |
| Red | The account is not active. |
The action icons on the right side of the list, allow you to access several vendor functions.You can either edit an account, permanently delete an account, edit the vendor profile or login as a vendor.
Click on the “login as a vendor” icon to login to the vendor administrator area of the mall.
Please note: If you login as a vendor through the “login as a vendor” function, you will abandon your current administrator session and login as a vendor with limited access to the admin area just like the vendor himself, if he had access to the vendor backend admin area.
Click on a vendor in the list or click on the edit account icon to open the vendor’s account details page where you can edit the selected vendor’s account details, like username,password, access settings, account status, privileges, etc.
Click on the “edit profile” icon to open the selected vendor’s account details page where you can edit the selected vendor’s profile details, like the vendor’s shop name, the shop address details, a description of the shop,shop logos, the shop-id, etc.
