Manage Products
At the product management page, you can search for already created products. If you want to create a new product, select „Click to Add a New Product“ which will open the product details page.

You can use the following fields to search for existing products:

| Product ID | The product’s non numerical ID |
| Status | The status of the product. Available choices are:

| Product Name | The product’s name/title |
| Sort by | Sorting for the product search results.Available choices are:

| Category | Search for products in all or specific categories |
| Select Vendor | Search for products from a specific vendor |
| Product Tags | Search for products with specific tags |
| Product Templates | Search for products that are flagged as template products or not. Available choices are:

If a search was successful, you will see a list with available products that match your search criteria. In this list, additional actions are available for products.

The list shows crucial information for each product, like the product name, the product ID, the vendor that is offering that product, if an image was uploaded for the product, if the product was approved, if it’s available, the sorting priority, the unit price and if the product was edited for the enabled languages. If you click on a product, the product details page will be opened, where you can see and edit all details of the specific product. Several other functions are available through the action icons on the right.

Some of the action icons, need their functionality to be enabled first, to appear.
Several products can be set to available or not available or deleted at once by using the buttons at the top and bottom of the list. The products can be selected through the checkbox on the left side of the list.
The language flags at the right side indicate, if a product is available for the specific language at the storefront. If a language is not present yet for a product, the border is red, otherwise the border is green. Only languages that are active for the storefront will appear as icons.
Clicking on a language, will open the language specific edit page for that product. If you want to edit a product, just select this product and the product details page will be opened.
