Manage Administrators
At the browse administrators page you can manage your site’s administrators.
The site’s administrator list:
The site administrator list provides you with an overview of all current administrators, their name, username, if the accounts are active and the date they last accessed their accounts.
You can also create new vendors or delete their accounts through the action icons on the right side of the list.
The administrator icon on the left side, is color coded. Various colors indicate the current state of the administrator account.
The administrator status color codes:
| Color | Description |
|---|---|
| Green | The administrator is active |
| Red | The administrator is not active. |
You can also filter the administrator list by various criteria by selecting the display mode on top of the form.

|---|---|
| All | Display all administrators |
| Super Administrators | Display super administrators only |
| Administrators (Register eMails) | Only show administrators who receive register emails. |
| Administrators (Invoice eMails) | Only show administrators who receive invoice emails. |
| Administrators (OutOfStock eMails) | Only show administrators who receive out of stock emails. |
Selecting a filter will update the displayed list and show the administrators that match the selected filter.
Clicking on a administrator in the list itself will open the administrator details page.
