Connect Subscriptions
You can manage all your IXXO Connect subscriptions through the connect subscriptions management page.
Please note: Connect Subscriptions are only available for IXXO Connect Partner Program members and require the installation of the IXXO Connect Center software on a dedicated server.
The search connect users form:
You can search for specific users through the search connect users form. You can search by the user’s name or by the user’s login (username).
Click on the “Search” button to search for a subscribed user.
Click on the “Reset” button to reset the search form.
If any users are found with the specified search criteria they will appear in the subscribed users section list below.
The subscribed users section:
The subscribed users section list shows brief information about currently and previously subscribed users.
The list shows the user’s user ID, the user’s name and company name, the subscription group the user subscribed to, if available, the order ID of the order where the current subscription was ordered with and the period the subscription is active.
The following fields are available:

| User ID | The user’s user ID |
| Customer | The user’s full name and company name (in brackets) |
| Subscription Group | The name of the user’s current connect subscription group and the connect group’s group ID |
| Order ID | The order ID of the order where the connect subscription was ordered |
| From Date | The start of the subscription period |
| To Date | The end of the subscription period |
Click on the user’s name to open the user’s details page where you can view and edit all user information.
Click on the order ID number to open the order details page for the order the subscription was ordered in.
Additional actions are available through the action icons on the right side of each list entry.
Click on the edit icon to open the user’s detailed subscription history with previously active subscriptions and current and future subscriptions
The edit icon is color coded. A green icon indicates a currently active subscription;a red icon indicates, that no subscription is currently active.
Click on the “Connect Groups” button to open the Connect Groups page where you can manage the available IXXO Connect subscription groups.
