Connect Subscription Details
The connect subscription details page allows you to view a user’s detailed subscription history with previously active subscriptions and current and future subscriptions
The customer details section:
The customer details section shows brief information about the customer.
The following fields are shown:

| User ID | The user’s user ID |
| Customer | The user’s full name |
| Company | The user’s company name |
Click on the user’s user ID to open the user’s details page where you can view and edit all user information.
The subscription orders section:
The subscription orders section shows a list of all ordered connect subscriptions of the user.
The following fields are shown:
| Field | Descriptions |

| Subscription Group | The name of the user’s current connect subscription group and the connect group’s group ID |
| Order ID | The order ID of the order where the connect subscription was ordered |
| From Date | The start of the subscription period |
| To Date | The end of the subscription period |
| Status | The color coded status of the subscription A green icon indicates currently active or future subscriptions;a red icon indicates previously active subscriptions. |
Click on the order ID number to open the order details page for the order the subscription was ordered in.
The add a subscription section:
The add subscription section allows you to manually add a subscription to a previously subscribed user.
Select a subscription group from the drop-down list and click on add subscription.
Please note: The subscription will be added to the currently selected user’s subscription list with the default duration of the subscription group with either the current day as starting day or, if a current or future subscription is present, with the starting day of the last subscription’s end date.
Click on the “Connect Groups” button to open the Connect Groups page where you can manage the available IXXO Connect subscription groups.
Click on the “Connect Subscriptions” button to open the Connect Subscriptions page where you can manage the customers’ IXXO Connect subscriptions.
