Follow Up Emails Details Step 2
At step 2 of the follow up email creation process you can preview your follow up email and send it to to your own email address to test it and preview it in your email application.

Step 2 features a preview of both, the HTML and the text version of your follow up email.
The send test email form:
Use the send test email form to send the follow up email to your own email account to preview the follow up email in your own email application.
Clicking on the “Send Test Email” button will only send the follow up email to the email address defined at “Test Email Address”. You will receive a copy of the HTML and text version of your follow up email.
Sending a test email won’t send a follow up email to all your customers in the defined order range. Only your test email address will receive this follow up email.
After you previewed your email you can either, cancel the follow up email creation process, go back and edit the email again or send the follow up email to your customers.
Click on the “Send Email” button to send the follow up email to your customers and finalize your follow up email.
The email will only be send to your customers with at least one completed order in the defined date range. They will receive either the HTML or the text version of your email, depending on their preferred email format in their account settings, not both email versions. Depending on the number of follow up email recipients and the size of your follow up email the sending process might take some time to finish.
If you want to send the follow up email at a later date click on the “Cancel” button, and the follow up emails page will open.
Click on the “Edit email” button to edit your follow up email again.
