Follow Up Emails

The follow up email functionality allows you to create new follow up emails or send a previously saved follow up email to customers who ordered from you during a certain date range.

Please note: This email targets customers who previously ordered from you and are therefore more likely to buy from your shop again, than registered customers who didn’t complete an order yet. Follow up emails are send to customers who completed at least one order from you during a set period.

The create a new follow up email section:

Click on the “Create New Follow Up Email” button to open the follow up email details page.

The resume previous follow up email section:

The resume follow up email section lists all previously saved follow up emails and allows you to resume a draft or a previously started follow up email. It shows details about the internal follow up email ID, the subject of your follow up email, an abbreviated overview of the main content and the last update date of the follow up email draft.

  1. Click on an item in the follow up email list to open the selected follow up email at the follow up email details page.
  2. Click on the delete icon on the right side of each item in the list to remove the selected follow up email from your list.
