FAQ Questions
At the FAQ questions page you can check and manage FAQ questions or add questions to the selected FAQ section
The FAQ info section:
The FAQ info section shows the currently selected section; the section name and the section ID in brackets.
The FAQ language section:
The FAQ language section allows you to switch for another language version of your FAQ.
Just select the language in the dropdown list and the page will refresh automatically to your selected language.
The FAQ add/edit question section:
The FAQ add/edit question section allows you to add a new question to your FAQ or edit an existing question from your FAQ.
Simply enter the question in the text field and click on the “Save Changes” button to add the question to the currently selected FAQ section in the currently selected language.
The same form is used to edit a question, when the icon to edit the a question is clicked at the questions section list.
After loading the existing question into the form your can edit the question and click on “Save Changes” to update your question.
The questions and answers section:
The questions and answers section shows all questions and answers you created for the FAQ section and the currently selected language and lets you manage your questions and answers.
The following fields are shown:

| ID | The ID number of the question |
| Question/Answer | The question and the top answer to that question |
| Answers | The number of answers created for this question |
| Votes | The number of upvotes this question received |
| Action | Additional functions to manage the FAQ questions in the list. |
Several functions to manage your FAQ questions are available at the right side of each list entry.
Click on the edit icon to edit the selected FAQ question. The question will appear in the add/edit FAQ question section. (see above)
Click on the trash icon to delete the selected FAQ question
The list also allows you to bulk delete several questions at once. Select the questions you want to delete by selecting the checkbox at the left side of the list then click on the “Delete Questions” button.
Please note: Deleting a question will also delete any answers added to this question and all comments added to any answers for this question
Click on the “FAQ Sections” button to open the FAQ sections management page.
Click on the “Manage FAQ Questions and Answers” to open the FAQ console where you can manage your questions, answers and comments.
Clicking on the question itself will open the FAQ answers page were you can add, edit and manage all answers to the selected question of your FAQ.
