The FAQ system allows you to create FAQs that are created and maintained by the shop administrators.
Additionally we also offer a collaborative feature where customers can add questions or answers or comments to FAQs. Depending on the level of user submitted FAQ questions,answers or comments you want you can allow or disallow user questions, answers or comments.
