Emails Archive Details

The archived email details page shows detailed information about your archived marketing emails.

The email details section:

The email details section lists all details of your archived email, including the email subject, the name and email address of the sender, the date, the email was last updated and sent, the type of the marketing email and if the email was sent to customers yet or not.

The content preview sections:

The content preview sections show a preview of the content of your archived email, both, the HTML and the text version.

The displayed buttons, depend on the type of the email and if it was sent to customers yet or not.

The button bar for a product updates email, that was not sent to customers yet:

  1. Click the “Browse emails archive” button to return to the email archive page, where you can select another marketing email for preview.
  2. Click the create a new email button to create a new product updates, newsletter or follow up email.
  3. Click on the edit email button to edit the previewed marketing email.

The edit email button is only available, if the previewed marketing email wasn’t sent to customers yet.
