eBay Orders
The eBay item details page allows you to view detailed information about an eBay order and create or update a shop order from the eBay order.
The eBay order details section:
The eBay order details section shows basic information about the order. Among the information shown are, the order IDs, the order dates and the eBay order status.
The following fields are shown:

| Shop Order ID | The shop order ID, if a shop order was generated from the eBay order. Clicking on the Order ID will open the shop’s order details page. |
| eBay Order ID | The eBay order ID. |
| Created at: | The order creation date and time. |
| Payment Status | The eBay payment status e.g.: Incomplete (NoPaymentFailure) |
| Order Status | The eBay order status |
The eBay billing & shipping data section:
The billing & shipping data section shows the billing and shipping information for the selected eBay order.
Please note: The shipping data is only available and visible, if the buyer has progressed enough to submit the shipping information to the seller.
The products ordered section:
The products ordered section shows detailed information about the ordered eBay items, as well as the order calculation, including taxes, shipping amount, etc..
The following fields are shown:

| Item ID | The eBay item ID The item ID is identical to the ID of the eBay listing. Click on the Item ID to open the listing details page of this item. |
| Transaction ID | The eBay transaction ID. |
| Title | The item name. |
| Quantity purchased | The purchased quantity of the item. |
| Transaction price | The item price. |
| Shipping amount | The shipping method (in brackets) and the shipping amount. |
| Subtotal amount | The subtotal amount. |
| Total Amount | The total amount. |
The shipping information section:
The shipping information section shows detailed information about the order’s shipping method.
The following fields are shown:

| Shipping service priority | The shipping service priority |
| Expedited service | Expedited service |
| Shipping time min | The minimum shipping time in days. |
| Shipping time max | The maximum shipping time in days. |
The payment information section:
The payment information section shows information about the order’s payment method and the payment status.
The following fields are shown:

| Payment method | The used or selected payment method. |
| Payment status | The current payment status. |
The order status section:
The order status section shows information about the order’s overall status.
The following fields are shown:

| Last status change | The last date and time the status was changed. |
| Current order status | The current overall order status. |
Several functions are available through the buttons at the bottom.
Click on the “eBay Products” button, to open the eBay products management page, were all assigned shop products are listed.
Click on the “eBay listings” button, to open the eBay listings management page, were all your own eBay listings and orders are shown.
Click on the “Create Shop Order” button to create a shop order from the eBay order. If a shop order is created, the order can be processed like any other shop order.
After a shop order was created, you can update the shop’s order by clicking on the “Update Shop Order” button.
At the shop order details page, the shop order links back to the eBay order, if it was imported from an eBay order.

Clicking on the eBay order ID, will open the eBay order details page.
