The eBay item details page allows you to view the details of your eBay listings and to assign a shop product to your eBay item listing.
The product details section:

The product details section shows basic information about the assigned shop product for the selected eBay item listing.
The following fields are shown:

| Product ID | The numerical product ID (pid) of the shop product assigned to the selected eBay listing. Clicking on the product ID will open the shop product’s detail page in the admin area. |
| Name | The name of the shop product. |
| Price | The current price of the shop product. |
| Vendor | The vendor of the shop product. |
If no shop product is assigned to the eBay listing, you can assign a shop product by selecting a product through the product assign function.
Enter the shop product’s name at the assign product field or click on the icon on the right side of the field to search the shop product database for matching products.
After you found a matching products, click on one of the products in the list that appears, to assign a product to the current eBay item listing.

Assigning a product to an eBay listing offers several benefits, especially, the ability to import eBay orders into the shop and to synchronize those orders with eBay (updating their status, etc).
Importing orders will also allow you to print shop invoices for the imported eBay orders and manage them through the shop’s system.
To remove a product assignment, click on “Delete Product” at the bottom of the page. This will remove the pairing of the shop product with the eBay listing item.
The eBay listing details section:

The following fields are shown:

| eBay Listing ID | The eBay listing ID Clicking at the eBay listing ID will open the listing at eBay. |
| Seller | The eBay seller ID. |
| Product | The product name for the listing. |
| Start Date | The start date for the listing. |
| End Date | The end date for the listing. |
| Buy it Now Price | The buy it now price, if the product has a buy it now price or is a fixed price listing. |
| Start Price | The start price for the eBay listing. |
| Current Price | The current price for the eBay listing. |
| Bids | Bids placed for the eBay listing. |
| Quantity Sold | Quantity of the eBay item that was sold. |

The highest bidder section:

The highest bidder section shows information about the highest bidder for the selected eBay listing, if any bidders exist.
The following fields are shown:

| Registration Date | The registration date for the highest bidder for this listing. |

The item transactions section:

The item transactions section shows information about the transactions for the selected eBay listing, if transactions exist. Transactions are only generated if an item was sold, either if there was a highest bidder and an auction ended or if one or multiple items were sold for a fixed price; each sale counts as one transaction.
If multiple items were sold, multiple item transactions are shown.
The following transaction information fields are shown:

The eBay shipping details section:

The Bay shipping details section shows basic shipping details offered for the eBay listing.
The following fields are shown:

| Shipping Type | The type of shipping The shipping type determines how shipping prices are determined. |
| Origin Postal Code | The shipping origin postal code. |

The eBay payment details section:

The Bay payment details section shows basic payment details offered for the eBay listing.
The following fields are shown:

| Payment Methods | Payment methods set for the eBay listing. |
| PayPal Email Address | PayPal email address of the seller, if PayPal is set as payment method for the eBay listing. |
Several functions are available through the buttons at the bottom.
Click on the “eBay Products” button, to open the eBay products management page, were all assigned shop products are listed.
Click on the “eBay listings” button, to open the eBay listings management page, were all your own eBay listings and orders are shown.
Click on the “Product details” button, to open the assigned shop product at the product details page in the admin area.
Click on the “Delete Product” button to delete the product associated with the eBay listings.
Please note: This will only delete the association itself, not the shop product or the eBay listing.
Click on the “Relist Item” button to relist the eBay listing again.
Please note: You can only relist an ended eBay listing; eBay doesn’t allow double listings of the same item by the same seller.
Please note: This will end the selected eBay listings and award the listed items to the highest bidders (if highest bidders are available, otherwise it will just stop the listing).
Click on the “Stop Listing” button to stop the eBay listing.
Please note: This will stop the eBay item listing without awarding the items to anyone. It will stop the listings with the reason “item not available”.
