Data Access Users Management

You can manage your existing data access users or create new users through the data access management page.

The search users section:

You can search for existing users through the search users section.

The following fields are available:

Field Description
Last Name The shop user’s last name, if available
User Name The shop user’s username, if available
Authentication The data access user’s authentication name
Email Address The data access user’s email address
Company The shop user’s company name
Phone Number The shop user’s phone number
Vendor The vendor the data access user is valid for
Discount Group The shop user’s discount group
Product Group The shop user’s product group

After selecting the desired fields, press the search button to perform a search. All the data access users in the database that match the search criteria will then be presented in a list.

Click on the “Reset Search” button, to reset the search.

The data access user list section:

Use the data access user list to browse a list of your data access users and to manage your data access users.

The following fields are shown:

Field Description
ID The data access user’s ID
User Name/ User ID The shop user’s full name, username and user ID
This data is only shown if the data access user is a shop user. Manually created data access users don’t have this information attached to them
Authentication/Note The data access user’s authentication name and a note, if available
Vendor ID The vendor of the product feed the data access user is valid for
Active A checkbox indicates, if the data access user is active or not
action Available actions to manage the data access user

Click on the “Save changes” button to bulk change data access users’ active status.

Click on the “Reset Form” button to reset this form.

Further actions are available through the action icons on the right side of the list. Click on the edit button to open the selected data access user’s details page where you can edit the access details of a data access user. Click on the trash icon to delete the selected data access user.

Click on the “Site Product Feeds” button, to acces the site product feeds page, where you can configure the data access settings for product feeds.

Click on the “Data Access Requests” button, to open the data access requests management page.

Click on the “Create a new Data Access User” button to create a new data access user.
