You can manage your existing data access users, change settings for a user or create new users through the data access management page.
The selected vendor section:

Use the vendor selector to choose for which vendor to configure a data access user for.
The user data section:

The user data section is only available, when a data access user is associated with a shop user and was created through the data access request page.
The following information is shown:

| User ID | The shop user’s User ID |
| Name | The shop user’s full name |
| Login | The shop user’s shop username |
The update data access user section:

The update data access user section is used to view and edit basic access information for the data access user.
The following fields are available:

| ID | The data access user’s ID |
| Authentication | The data access user’s authentication name |
| Password | The data access user’s authentication password |
| The data access user’s email | |
| Active | Indicates, if a data access user is active or not. Turn this setting off, to temporarily restrict access for this user. |

| Send eMail | Send an eMail with access details to the user when a user is created or the password is changed |
The Feed URL section:

The feed URL section shows the URL call through which the product feed can be accessed.
Please note: The URL parameters can differ depending on the selected vendor and access settings.
If you changed your settings, saving them might be needed to show the current valid URL
Click on the “Save Changes” button to save the data access user settings.
Click on the “Reset Form” button to reset the changes made after opening the data access user’s details page
Click on the “Data Access Users” button to open the data access users management page.
Click on the “Create a new Data Access User” button to create a new data access user.
