Data access requests are requests from shop users who want to access the products data feed of a certain vendor.
Please note: Data access requests are only necessary for data feeds that are set to authentication. Open access site product feeds don’t require the creation and/or configuration of data access users and can be accessed freely.
The selected vendor section:

Use the vendor selector to choose which vendor’s data access request list to display.
Please note: Since every vendor can configure specific settings for their product data feeds, data access requests are per vendor and need to be requested separately for each vendor. Likewise a data access user is only valid for a specific vendor.
The data access requests list section:

The data access requests list shows an overview of the data access requests submitted from shop users.
The following data is shown:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | The shop user’s User ID |
| Authentication | The shop user’s full name |
| Company | The shop user’s company name, if available |
| Vendor ID | The vendor’s company name and vendor ID, the request was submitted for. |
Several actions are available through the action icons on the right side of the list.
Click on the “check” icon to approve a data access request.
Click on the “cancel” icon to decline a data access request from a user of the shop.
When a request is approved, it is removed from the request list and a data access user is created with a random password.
The access details including the password are send to the user by mail.
Additionally the access URL is displayed at the user’s personal product feeds page.
