Manage Coupons

At the coupon management page, you can set the basic coupon settings and manage any created coupons.

The coupon settings form:

You can enable or disable coupons completely at the coupon settings form. This setting overrides the active setting in the promo code itself.

Click on the “Save Changes” button to save the settings.

The select vendor form:

Use the select vendor form to select which coupons to show in the coupon code list. Leave the selection at „All**“, if you want to see all coupon codes. Select a vendor to display the coupon codes that are valid for a single vendor only.

The promo codes list:

The promo codes list shows detailed information about all your coupons. The information displayed includes, the campaign name, the coupon type, the date range the coupon is valid for, the promo code of that coupon, the vendor ID, if the coupon is restricted for a vendor only, if the coupon is valid for on sale items, the discount the customer receives when using the coupon, the minimum subtotal, if the coupon is visible and active.

  1. Click on the campaign name, to open the selected coupon at the coupon details page.

  2. Click on the “Create New Coupon” button to create a new coupon.

The promo codes list also allows you to bulk change, if the coupons are visible and active. After you set, if the coupons are visible or active in the list, click on the „Save Changes**” button at the bottom to update your coupons.

Additional functions are available through the action icons on the right side of each item in the list. Click on the edit icon, to open the selected coupon at the coupon details page. Click on the delete icon, to completely remove the selected coupon.
