Manage Booking Products
The booking products form allows you to manage those previously created booking products and bookable services at a single page.
The search products section:
The search product section allows you to search for specific booking products.
The following search fields are available:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Product ID | The products non numerical product_id. |
| Product Name | The product’s name. |
| Select Vendor | The vendor of the product. |
Click on the “Search” button to search for specific products according to the data entered at the search fields.
Click on the “Reset Search” button to reset your search form.
The manage booking services section:
The manage booking services section shows a list of all available booking products/services. The following fields are shown on the list:

| Active | The product is active and visible at the storefront |
| PID | The product’s numerical product ID (pid) |
| Name | The product’s name |
| Product ID | The product’s non numerical product_id |
| Approved | Was the product approved by the mall admin or not. |
| Unit Price | The unit price of the product |
| Action | The available actions for each entry in the list. |
Several action icons on the right side of the list allow you to access booking product specific pages.
Click on the clock icon to check the booking products schedule where you can check individual orders for the selected booking product.
Click on the edit icon to edit the product’s general details.
Click on the gear icon to edit the product’s booking specific properties.
The list also allows you to bulk change the active status of several products at once. Select the active products, by selecting the checkbox at the left of each table entry then click on the “Save Changes” button to bulk update the active status of the products in the list.
Click on the “Reset Form” button to reset any changes made on the list form.
Click on the “Booked Services” button to open the booked services management page where you can check ordered bookable products.
Click on the “Booking Tags” button to manage your booking tags (service types).
