At the auctions page you can check and manage all auctions and change their status.
The auctions list:

The auctions page provides an overview of all product auctions. The information shown includes the auction ID, the suggested retail price, if the product price is set, the minimum price (start price) of the auction and the current highest bid. It also shows the start and end date of the auction, and the current status.
Several functions are available through the action icons on the right side of the list.

Click on the edit icon to open the selected auction’s detail page, where you can view detailed information about the selected auction. |

Click on the delete icon, to completely delete the selected auction and all associated placed bids for that auction |

Click on the resume icon, to resume the selected auction. You might want to resume an auction, if it was previously suspended or manually ended. Please note: Resuming an ended auction is not recommended, if customers already placed bids for this auction since customers might have received notifications about winning or losing an auction already. |

Click on the suspend icon, to temporarily suspend an auction. Please note: Suspended auction, still appear at the storefront, but customers can’t place any further bids for this auction.Suspended auctions can still be resumed and customers will be able to place new bids again, if the set time isn’t up yet. |

Click on the end icon, to end an auction prematurely, before the time is up for the auction. Please note: Ended auctions can still be resumed and customers will be able to place new bids again, if the set time isn’t up yet. |
Click on an auction ID in the auction list to open the auction details page of the selected auction.
Click on the product title in the auction list to open the auctioned item’s product details page where you can edit the product.
The management list, also allows you to bulk update the status of several auctions at once. Select the auctions you want to change by selecting the checkbox on the left side of each auction and clicking on one of the buttons on the bottom of the list.
Click on the “Resume Auctions” button to resume all selected auctions. You might want to resume an auction, if it was previously suspended or manually ended.
Please note: Resuming ended auctions is not recommended, if customers already placed bids for those auctions. If an auction was previously ended, customers might have received notifications about winning or losing these auctions, if they already placed bids for these auctions.
Click on the “Suspend Auctions” button, to temporarily suspend all selected auctions. You might want to suspend an auction, if the auctioned item isn’t allowed on your site, or if it is against your TOS, etc.
Please note: Suspended auctions, still appear at the storefront, but customers can’t place any further bids for suspended auctions.
Suspended auctions can still be resumed and customers will be able to place new bids
again, if the end time wasn’t reached yet.
Click on the “Delete Auctions” button, to delete all selected auctions and all placed bids for this auction.
Please note: Deleted auctions can’t be resumed or recovered. Use this functionality with caution.
Click on the end “End Auctions” button, to end all selected auctions prematurely, before the time is up for these auctions.
Please note: Ended auctions can still be resumed and customers will be able to place new bids again, if the set time isn’t up yet.
